Are there any additional costs associated with our stay
No- Unlike some other providers our prices quoted are fully inclusive of all costs such as heating, fuel,etc..
Do you supply Bath Towels
No – We supply all linen including handtowels but we do not provide bath towels – Guests must bring these with them
Is there broadband
Yes – all our cottages come with broadband
How will we find the cottage
Once a guest pays their deposit we provide details of directions with co-ordinates & contact details. We are also happy to come and meet guests at a location in the nearby village and bring them to the cottage if they prefer
Is the deposit refundable
No the deposit is non refundable
When does the balance of payments for our stay have to be paid
the balance can be paid anytime prior to a guests departure.
Are pets allowed
Yes – we are pet friendly however we do ask that the pets do not cause any damage & that they remain downstairs & not be allowed on beds
Is smoking allowed
Yes.
Are Hen/Stags Parties Allowed
No – Unfortunately we do not cater for these parties
